Venue Acceptance of Terms

These general terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Evntful platform ("Platform") as a venue owner or manager ("Venue"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. Venue Profile Creation and Access

1.1  Initial Profile Creation: Upon joining the Platform, Evntful will create your venue profile using publicly available information or details provided by you (e.g., images, descriptions, and contact details). It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you supply is accurate, up to date, and compliant with these Terms.

1.2  Future Profile Access:  While venues do not currently have direct access to manage their profiles on the Platform, this feature may be introduced in the future. Venues will be notified of any updates to this process.

2. Acceptance of Terms
        

2.1  Agreement:  By using the Platform, you accept these Terms and any supplementary terms referenced herein.

2.2 Changes: Evntful reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Content Types and Responsibilities

3.1  Your Content:  Venues may provide content such as images, descriptions, and offers ("Your Content"). You are responsible for ensuring it complies with Evntful’s policies and applicable laws.

3.2  Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or provide content that violates Evntful’s Community Guidelines, including but not limited to illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or explicit material.

4. Use of Platform

4.1  Compliance: Venues must comply with all applicable UK laws, including those concerning privacy, intellectual property, and marketing.

4.2  Misrepresentation:  Venues must not misrepresent their services, affiliations, or qualifications.

5. Privacy

For details on how Evntful collects, uses, and shares data, please see our Privacy Policy. By using Evntful, you acknowledge and accept these practices.

6. Safety and Reporting

6.1  User Safety:  Venues are expected to uphold the highest safety standards for users attending events or bookings made via the Platform.

6.2  Abuse Reporting:  You can report any violations or concerns via the Platform’s reporting tools or by contacting Evntful directly.

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

7.1  No Warranties:  The Platform is provided "as is" and without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free use.

7.2  Limitation of Liability:  Evntful is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with users.

8. Dispute Resolution (UK Law)

8.1  Governing Law:  These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8.2  Resolution Process:  In the event of disputes, venues and Evntful agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before proceeding to arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996.

9. Termination and Account Management

9.1 Termination by Venue: Venues may request account deletion by contacting Evntful. Listings will remain active for the duration specified in the contract.

9.2 Termination by Evntful: Evntful may terminate or suspend a venue’s access for violations of these Terms.

10. Indemnity

Venues agree to indemnify and hold Evntful harmless against claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
